the hotel room included good toiletries for use in the bathroom the room also featured super clean cleaning the breakfast buffet had a good selection of options. i found its location fantastic for walking around the area it was quiet and safe i also liked the cozy room. the buffet was rich and always stocked

the hotel bar staff asked me to order something i felt pushed to spend more money than i wanted.

I found the breakfast buffet to be extensive with great service. i really appreciated the front desk staff. They were professional and friendly.

The payable bottles of water in the room seemed unnecessary. The price was a bit high though.

wonderful elegant stay!

convenient location warm greeting big wardrobe many hangers

i just loved how close the hotel was to everything! wenceslas square was only a couple minutes away i was walking everywhere i wanted to see. the lady in the restaurant greeted everyone warmly it was so nice to see her smiling. my room had big wardrobes with so many hangers that was really great.

the breakfast was not diverse, and the variety of dishes was not the best i have ever seen there were only two types of cold cuts and cheese that was a bit disapointing.

the location is definitely a strong point. it is quite close to the city center. the breakfast was also quite good, with plenty of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and seemed attentive.

the room i had was not as quiet as i hoped. the trams run frequently and caused some noise. the air conditioning was not working effectively. the shower being in the tub with only a curtain was not ideal..
